About the Role

Jesus Calls Ministry is seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our Media Team. The Photographer will play a key role in capturing impactful and high-quality images that reflect the heart of the ministry. This role involves photographing events, prayer gatherings, promotional activities, and content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creative vision, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced ministry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photos for ministry events, portraits, and media content.
• Edit and retouch images using software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the media team to plan and execute creative shoot concepts.
• Organize, manage, and maintain photo archives and photography equipment.
• Ensure all visuals align with Jesus Calls brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Execute both indoor and outdoor photoshoots as required.
• Deliver high-quality images within deadlines while maintaining consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Proficiency in photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop).
• A keen creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• Willingness to travel for ministry events and outdoor shoots.
