Role Description

We are hiring a Photographer and Videographer for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photographs and videos aligned with marketing campaigns and client requirements. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content, execute post-production work such as video editing and color grading, and manage equipment maintenance. Ensuring brand consistency and meeting project deadlines will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Photography and Videography skills, including shooting, lighting setup, and composition
• Proficiency in Photo and Video Editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Familiarity with Equipment Handling, such as cameras, lenses, and stabilizers
• Knowledge of Storyboarding and Visual Storytelling techniques
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in digital marketing or creative production is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Media, Film Production, or related field is preferred
