Role Overview

in-house Image Retoucher

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and color-correct high-resolution product and model images for catalog, e-commerce, and campaign use.
• Maintain lighting, color, and tone consistency across all product categories.
• Execute precise jewelry retouching - maintaining realism in metal, stone, and texture.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and the creative team on shoot and post-production requirements.
• Manage and organize image files efficiently for smooth workflow and cross-department access.
• Deliver final assets in required formats and timelines for digital and print channels.

Requirements

• Formal education in

  image retouching, photography, or visual arts

  , or equivalent experience in

  fashion/product brand workflows

  .
• 2-4 years of experience in

  image retouching

  , preferably in

  fashion, jewelry, or beauty

  categories.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop

  ; working knowledge of

  Lightroom or Capture One

  preferred.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color accuracy, and realistic finishing.
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency across large image volumes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.

• Prior experience in a

  luxury, fashion, or jewelry e-commerce studio setup
