About the Opportunity: We are a Bangalore-based creative production studio specializing in high-end wedding photography and cinematography. We are seeking a passionate Video & Photo Editor with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, color, and style. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone experienced with candid wedding visuals and cinematic editing. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Photo Editing Culling and selecting the best images from raw files Editing candid and traditional wedding photos using Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop Ensuring color consistency and a premium finish across albums Retouching skin tones, correcting lighting, and enhancing image quality Coordinating with photographers to maintain brand aesthetics Video Editing Editing cinematic wedding highlight films, teaser videos, and full-length documentaries Syncing audio with visuals and adding music/sound design Color grading using tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro Creating Instagram reels and social media-ready edits Organizing project files and backing up media assets Requirements: Must-Have: 1–2 years of experience in photo and/or video editing (wedding industry experience preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and either Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Strong visual storytelling skills Basic understanding of export settings and media formats for social media and print Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-first mindset Willingness to work full-time from our Bangalore office Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of album design tools like SmartAlbums or AlbumStomp Experience editing drone footage Creative mindset for making Instagram reels or trailers Basic motion graphics skills using After Effects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
