Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Resolve queries, complaints, and requests effectively within defined timelines.
Promote cross-selling of banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.).
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service.
Follow compliance, company policies, and banking guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
