Key Responsibilities:Collect and verify customer documents for personal loan applications Enter customer data accurately into the loan management system Ensure all required fields and documents are completed as per bank/NBFC policy Maintain records of applications and update tracking sheets Coordinate with sales and credit teams for any discrepancies or missing documents Ensure timely login of files to avoid processing delays Follow up for pending documents or information if needed
OFFICE TIMING - 8:30am to 5:30pm Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company-provided database. Explain the features and benefits of personal loan products clearly and confidently. Understand customer needs and offer suitable loan solutions. Follow up with interested leads and assist with the loan application process. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance or escalation when needed.
OFFICE TIMING - 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM FIXED SALARY PLUS INCENTIVES NOT HIRING STUDENTS Contact potential customers via phone based on data provided by the company. Explain features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria of personal loan products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options. Follow up with leads to maximize conversion. Accurately record customer information and sales details in the system. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth disbursal process.
