Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Associate Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Industry: Retail Pharmacy / Healthcare Experience Level: Min 6 Months to 15 Years in Private Medicals / Chemist / Pharmacy in Hospital OR Retail Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and customer-friendly Pharmacy Sales Associates to join our retail pharmacy team in Bangalore. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling over-the-counter sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent service and compliance with pharmacy regulations. Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in locating and purchasing prescription and OTC medications. Provide information on dosage, side effects, and storage of medications as per pharmacist’s guidance. Ensure accurate billing and handling of cash/card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy. Check stock levels, expiry dates, and assist in inventory management. Coordinate with the pharmacist for prescription fulfillment. Comply with health and safety standards and pharmacy operating procedures. Requirements:Minimum Qualification: PUC/12th Pass or D.Pharm/B.Pharm (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in pharmacy retail or healthcare sales is an advantage. Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi. Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
