Back Office Sales Executive Responsibilities: Handle daily client communication (WhatsApp, Email, Phone) Prepare quotations, invoices & shipping details Maintain Excel reports & follow-up with international buyers Full office-based work – no field sales 2. Business Development Executive (BDE) Responsibilities: Generate new leads from international markets Convert inquiries into confirmed orders Maintain and grow relationships with buyers Share product catalog, pricing, and offers to prospects Contribute to sales growth & market expansion strategies 💼 Skills Required: Basic English (written & spoken) Good communication & follow-up skills Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email Prior experience in sales/export is a plus Freshers can apply – training will be provided ⏰ Work Hours: Full-time (Office-based) 🧾 Industry Type: Pharma Export (Only international clients)
