Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Head located in Noida. The Pharmacy Head will oversee and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring an efficient and effective workflow. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing strategic planning for pharmacy management, and managing inventory and supply chain. The Pharmacy Head will also work collaboratively with other departments to enhance patient care and services.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Medicine
Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Healthcare Operations
Proven skills in Strategic Planning and team leadership
Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and regulations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a valid pharmacy license is required
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and inventory effectively
