Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescribed medications accurately
Receive, verify, and store medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
Maintain proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of medicines
Manage stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and assist in inventory control
Prepare bills and process transactions as per pharmacy procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
Handle patient/customer queries politely and direct them to the pharmacist when required
Ensure compliance with hospital/pharmacy policies and statutory regulations
Support record-keeping and daily reports as instructed
Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy
Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in shifts, if required
