Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in various regions of Pune. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications to patients and providing information about those medications. They will ensure the accuracy of prescriptions, review prescription details and provide advice on the safe and effective use of medicines. The role also includes managing pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately
• Counsel customers on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medicines
• Comply with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers when needed

✅ Requirements:

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm (Valid license required)
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and integrity
• Dispensing and providing information about prescription medications
• Ensuring prescription accuracy and reviewing prescription details
• Advice on the safe and effective use of medicines
• Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid pharmacist license
• Experience in a retail counter of medical or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus
