Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions Handle billing and operate POS software Maintain stock levels, expiry tracking, and FIFO compliance Ensure proper storage of medicines and cold chain where required Maintain mandatory H1 Register for Schedule H1 drugs as per regulations Provide basic patient counseling on medicine usage Follow pharmacy protocols and ensure license compliance (KSPC/TGPC) Submit daily sales and inventory reports Ensure cleanliness and safety of pharmacy premises Support junior staff and coordinate with HO team (for Store Incharge) Preferred Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm (PCI) Experience: 14 years in retail pharmacy Registration: Valid pharmacy council registration KSPC – for Karnataka TGPC – for Telangana Gender: Male candidates preferred (for shift flexibility) Should have working knowledge of H1 Register maintenance Familiar with pharmacy operations, billing, and inventory Good communication in Kannada / Telugu and basic English Customer-oriented, responsible, and ready to work in a retail setup
