Pharmacist Manager

Position: In-Charge – Pharmacy
Location: Shivamogga, Karnataka, India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to lead pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of pharmacy services, compliance with hospital protocols, and delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff management.

· Ensure availability, storage, and proper dispensing of medicines.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

· Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.

· Supervise billing, documentation, and record maintenance through software systems.

· Train and guide pharmacy staff to uphold service quality and patient safety.

· Manage pharmacy schedules and ensure effective support during rotational shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: B. Pharma or D. Pharma (mandatory)

· Experience: 5–7 years in hospital pharmacy operations or a similar role

Skills Required:

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Pharmacy Management Software)

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts
