CARE HOSPITAL, BANJARA HILLS is looking for pharmacist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and stock levels.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and report any adverse reactions or interactions to physicians.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for medication management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum years of experience as a pharmacist.
Possess strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication therapy.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
