The key deliverables of the role include: Order Management: You will be responsible for checking prescriptions and purchase orders received from customers. Ensuring appropriate packaging of cold chain products based on their required temperature conditions. Timely delivery of orders to customers. Managing customer relationships effectively. Stock Management: Your responsibilities will include ensuring all cold-chain and other medicines are stocked and maintained properly. Regularly checking the available stock and presenting reports to the concerned authority. Maintaining hygiene conditions in the stock room. Quality Control: You will store and pack cold-chain and other medicines for shipping to customers, following prescription and relevant temperature regulations. Possessing basic knowledge of inventory and regulatory programs to handle incoming and outgoing check-ins and packaging of medicines. Ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers as per the schedule and temperature parameters. Miscellaneous: Performing other job-related duties as required to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Requirements: Must have completed D.Pharm or B.Pharm in Pharmacy. A degree in Ayurveda pharmacy will not be considered.
