Pharma Sales Training Manager

As a Sales Training Manager - Respiratory for a leading Pharma Company in Mumbai, your role will involve providing training support for 2-3 divisions to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies. You will conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering sales training programs for frontline sales representatives, focusing on products and sales skills. - Developing and maintaining training content, including training modules and manuals. - Delivering training sessions, workshops, and presentations to sales representatives. - Conducting Virtual Learning (VILT/ WBT) on LMS platform. - Evaluating training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and making recommendations for improvement. - Reporting and maintaining records and analysis of all training activities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure training alignment with business objectives. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Sales experience in Pharma, particularly in Respiratory products. - Experience as an Area Manager and above. - 1-2 years of experience as a Training Manager in Pharma Sales Training. - Proficiency in oral & written English, Hindi, and 1-2 regional languages. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital learning tools such as LMS.
