Job Description

Scope of work for Pharma SO

Supervision:

Role of Pharma SO will be

To handle Day to day queries of Pharma WD customers
Ensuring correct estimates are being provided to branch team for Pharma WDs
Route planning for delivery which can be aligned with existing operations of the customer for other companies
Market work with the WD to identify availability gaps in market and plan to bridge the availability gap
Identifying top outlets and survey of the outlets to benchmark competition availability which can help to place manuals for non-mass SKUs
Training Pharma WDs on systems and processes
Ensure daily billing of Pharma WD along with daily CPL sync
Weekly sales and productivity review with Pharma WDs and customers
Business Development Plan Preparing and driving business development plan covering sales, indirect coverage, lines and billing of top outlets at category level; this has to be done in discussion with respective AMs
