As a Business Development Executive at Maxnova Healthcare, your role involves expanding business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors to generate consistent revenue. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding new clients such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. - Promoting the company's pharma products to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Maintaining strong follow-up to ensure repeat orders and brand recall. You will also be responsible for: - Developing new geographical territories and increasing the reach of Maxnova Healthcare through field visits, cold calls, and appointment-based meetings. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals while resolving customer queries promptly. Additionally, you will be involved in: - Conducting product detailing to doctors and chemists and participating in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness campaigns. - Preparing daily call reports (DCR), tracking sales data, updating CRM/management, and providing market feedback on competitors and customer needs. The qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in any discipline with 15 years of experience in pharma sales/healthcare business development. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
