Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for pharma roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical professionals and industry networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in recruiting for the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
