Job Summary:

We are inviting applications for the position of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in the subjects of English, Psychology, and Mathematics for Grades 11 & 12 for the academic session 2025–26. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic background, effective teaching skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Open Positions & Subject Responsibilities:PGT English

• Teach English Language & Literature as per CBSE curriculum
• Encourage critical reading, creative writing, and communication skills
• Prepare students for board exams with clarity and confidence
• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment

PGT Psychology

• Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Psychology for Grades 11 & 12
• Promote mental health awareness and emotional intelligence
• Conduct assessments and practical work aligned with CBSE guidelines
• Support student well-being through classroom engagement

PGT Mathematics

• Teach senior secondary Mathematics including Calculus, Algebra, and Statistics
• Prepare students for CBSE board exams and competitive exams
• Use digital tools and conceptual approaches to enhance understanding
• Foster analytical and logical reasoning abilities in students

General Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in curriculum planning, academic events, and faculty development
• Maintain regular communication with parents and the school community
• Integrate technology and innovative methods in teaching practices

Qualifications (for all subjects):

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (MA/M.Sc./M.Com or equivalent)
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred)
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in digital classroom tools and modern pedagogical methods
