Job Summary: We are looking for warm, nurturing, and dynamic Mother Teachers for Pre-Primary and Primary classes for the academic session 2025–26 . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the holistic development of young learners through interactive teaching, care, and strong foundational support. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons for early learners in a joyful, interactive classroom environment Develop literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional learning through activity-based methods Provide personal attention to students and build a positive, safe classroom culture Assess student development and maintain documentation of progress Plan and execute classroom activities, celebrations, and theme-based learning Maintain regular communication with parents and participate in school events and PTMs Coordinate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure overall classroom management Qualifications: Graduate (preferably in Education/Child Psychology/Arts/Science) D.El.Ed., NTT, ECCE, or B.Ed.
