Mother Teacher

Job Title: Mother TeacherJob Summary:

The Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall care, teaching, and emotional well-being of students in Pre-Primary / Nursery / LKG / UKG or Grades 1–2. She acts as a primary caregiver and class teacher, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete responsibility for one class as the main class teacher
• Teach basic concepts: alphabet, numbers, phonics, rhymes, EVS, and general awareness
• Support students’ emotional, social, and moral development
• Maintain classroom discipline with a caring approach
• Assist children in daily routines (hygiene, snacks, safety)
• Observe and track each child’s progress and behavior
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
• Prepare worksheets, activities, and teaching aids
• Coordinate with subject teachers and school staff
• Maintain attendance, assessment, and observation records
• Ensure child safety at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate / 12th pass (as per school norms)
• NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed (preferred)
• Montessori / Pre-Primary Teacher Training preferred

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Loving, patient, and child-friendly nature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle young children responsibly
• Basic classroom management skills
• Creativity in storytelling, art, and activities
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Experience:

• Freshers may apply
• Experience in pre-primary or primary classes preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
