Core Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Psychology as per CBSE Board syllabus, developing engaging lesson plans, presentations, and materials.
• Practical & Experiential Learning: Conduct experiments, surveys, case studies, and guide students on practical files, lab work, and research projects.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Student Guidance: Offer academic counseling, support, and prepare students for board exams, competitions, and university entrance tests.
• Student Well-being: Lead wellness programs, life skills sessions (stress management, emotional health), and foster positive attitudes.
• Classroom Engagement: Use technology, real-life examples, and inquiry-based methods to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents, and pastoral care teams to support holistic student development.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with current psychology research, educational trends, and new teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
