• Master's Degree in Psychology
• B.Ed. from a recognised institution (Mandatory)
• 58 years of relevant teaching experience
• Teachers also teaching psychology will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with CBSE guidelines, integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning strategies.
• Create clarity through real-life examples, projects, activities, and cross-disciplinary linkages.
• Regularly assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, and give timely feedback.
• Prepare students for CBSE board exams using a stress-free, concept-first approach that promotes deep understanding and thinking.
• Integrate ICT tools, audio-visual content, and digital resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Design and develop high-quality question papers, worksheets, and assignments aligned with CBSE patterns and competency-based learning approaches
