Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated PGT Physics Teacher to join our senior secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of physics and the ability to engage students in Grades 11 and 12 with creative and effective teaching methods. The teacher will prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and higher education in the field of science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver an advanced curriculum for Physics that aligns with CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines and educational standards.
• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts in Physics, including Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Thermodynamics, Quantum Physics, and Optics.
• Use practical demonstrations, experiments, and real-life examples to make complex concepts more accessible to students.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and other entrance tests by focusing on problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that track students' understanding and progress in the subject.
• Utilize modern technology and teaching tools, such as smart boards, simulations, and online resources, to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and inquiry.
• Offer additional support and guidance to students through remedial classes, tutorials, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in Physics education and integrate them into your teaching approach.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in department meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting critical thinking, curiosity, and scientific inquiry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 and 12).
• Strong command of Physics concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in preparing students for board and competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Familiarity with the use of modern educational technology and teaching tools.
• Patience, creativity, and dedication to students' success.
