PGT Mathematics Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics who possesses strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster critical thinking among students. The ideal educator should be able to teach students of Classes X–XII in a technologically enriched and empathetic learning environment, promoting both conceptual understanding and application-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Classes X–XII in line with CBSE curriculum standards.
• Integrate technology and modern teaching tools into classroom instruction to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Encourage analytical and problem-solving skills through interactive and inquiry-based methodologies.
• Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and feedback mechanisms.
• Prepare students for board examinations, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, performance, and assessment reports.
• Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school authorities regarding student performance and behavior.
• Uphold the school’s vision of providing a nurturing, empathetic, and intellectually stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
• Skills Required:
• Strong command of the English language and classroom communication.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in digital tools and smart classroom technologies.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-centric approach to teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
