Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Counsellor & Psychologist to join our school team. The ideal candidate will support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students by providing guidance, counselling, and intervention strategies. The counsellor will collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to create a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional concerns. Assist students in developing self-awareness, coping strategies, and positive interpersonal skills. Guide students on academic challenges and subject selection. Offer career counselling and conduct workshops on career awareness. Communicate with parents regarding students' well-being and progress. Collaborate with teachers to identify students needing additional support and recommend interventions. Develop and implement mental health and well-being initiatives for students. Conduct workshops on stress management, self-esteem, and communication skills. Prepare regular reports on student progress and counselling activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field Certification in counselling is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
