Role Overview:

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes (Grades XI–XII).
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency among students.
• Encourage creative expression through debates, dramatics, and literary activities.
• Evaluate and record students’ progress, providing feedback for improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary learning initiatives.
• Support students in board exam preparation and language skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)

✅ Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication
