PGT English Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Teach English literature and language to postgraduate students, fostering their understanding and appreciation of the subject.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage students in active learning.
• Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing timely feedback to support their growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' intellectual and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and align curriculum content and teaching strategies.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of English literature and language, integrating new knowledge and teaching methodologies into your lessons.
• Support and guide students in their research projects, essays, and other academic endeavors.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assignments, and grades.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
