The candidate should be well-versed in English Language and Literature, capable of preparing students for senior secondary board examinations, and inspiring a love for the subject through innovative pedagogy.Responsibilities:Teach English Language & Literature to Grades 9 to 12 as per CBSE curriculumDevelop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysisPrepare students for CBSE board examinations with in-depth subject clarityDesign creative and engaging lesson plans that promote discussion and expressionAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackParticipate in curriculum development, academic events, and faculty enrichment programsCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support learning outcomes

Qualifications

:

• Postgraduate degree in English (MA English preferred)
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching English at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred)
• Strong subject expertise and command over written and spoken English
• Ability to integrate digital tools and innovative teaching methods
