Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Economics (MA/M.Sc. Economics) from a recognized university
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics to senior secondary classes (XI–XII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans covering Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, National Income, Market Equilibrium, and related topics.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate academic performance, and maintain detailed student records.
• Use interactive teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life examples to enhance conceptual understanding.
• Guide students in project work, presentations, and exam preparation for board assessments.
• Provide additional support to students needing clarification or extra practice.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, PTMs, and faculty development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic enhancement.
