Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Maintain and update school records, databases, and documentation (students, staff, admissions, etc.).
Assist in admission-related processes, form entries, and data management.
Prepare reports, letters, circulars, and internal communications.
Manage filing systems—both digital and physical—for smooth record retrieval.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and various departments for administrative tasks.
Handle phone calls, emails, inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Support fee management activities such as data entry, receipt preparation, and record maintenance.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and updating administrative logs.
Ensure smooth office operations and maintain confidentiality of school data.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Teamwork, professionalism, and positive work attitude
Basic knowledge of school administrative systems (preferred)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Diploma in computer applications preferred
Relevant administrative experience in an educational institution is an added advantage

Remuneration:

As per school norms and candidate’s experience
