Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Scientist to join our team

The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate from an IIT with a strong background in engineering, or an engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Sciences

The candidate should have a solid understanding of Python programming and a passion for creating models that link business objectives to media investment strategies Responsibilities Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize media investments and drive business outcomes

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and media analytics

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

Proficiency in Python programming and experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets

Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, etc Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

High affinity or interest in the modelling area, with a desire to continuously learn and improve
