Desired qualifications and experience

• Planning, developing, and overseeing outreach initiatives. Conduct research on the market/organisations, and individuals to identify new collaborations (organic and non-organic marketing).
• Contacting potential parents and arranging meetings. Handling admission walk-ins and addressing their queries. To handle end to end admission process.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to find new opportunities. To plan events, and coordinate between primary stakeholders (campuses and external partners) to execute all off-campus and on-campus events and conferences related to lead generation.
• Email, walk-ins, and phone communication - a single point of contact for the existing parents and students.
• Work collaboratively across teams and foster partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
• To formulate a Brand Marketing Strategy to expand the brand for its sustainable growth.
• Should possess excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic enrolment plans
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in admissions
• Experience with student records management and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural values is a plus
• Experience of being an Admissions Manager at any University with 1000+ students will be preferred.
