PG Admissions Lead

This is a full-time on-site role at Hari Shankar Singhania School of Business in JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process from outreach, inquiry, application, and enrollment. Your main tasks will include creating and executing strategic plans to meet enrollment goals, conducting campus tours, managing student records, and providing excellent service to prospective students and their families. Desired qualifications and experience for this role include planning, developing, and overseeing outreach initiatives, conducting research to identify new collaborations, contacting potential parents, handling admission walk-ins, attending conferences and industry events, coordinating events related to lead generation, and being a single point of contact for existing parents and students. You should also possess excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. In terms of educational qualification and experience, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to develop and execute strategic enrollment plans, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in admissions, student records management, and/or customer relationship management software is required. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is necessary, while a Master's degree is a plus. Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural values is also beneficial, and experience as an Admissions Manager at a university with 1000+ students is preferred.,
