PFMEA Moderator

Job Responsibilities:

• Realignment and implementation of the

  P-FMEA

  process in accordance with

  VDA

  and AIAG guidelines • Implementation and integration of the P-FMEA software APIS within the company • Integration and management of the P-FMEA process as an integral part of the corporate structure and the

  PEP

  in accordance with PDIP
• Design, implementation, and establishment of the FMEA process • Planning, preparation, and follow-up of system design and process FMEA meetings • Facilitation of process

  FMEA

  s according to VDA and

  AIAG

  guidelines and customer-specific requirements • Coordination of the FMEA across interdisciplinary teams • Creation of the system structure, functional analysis, and

  failure analysis

  with technically correct linking of the failure networks • Definition of measures using FMEA methods to support concept development and decision-making • Risk assessment based on the definition of measures with risk minimization by defining further measures • Compliance with the specified methodology and ensuring the formal correctness of the FMEA • Presentation of FMEA results to customers and audits • Development of FMEA standard modules • Conducting internal FMEA training courses
• Successfully completed university degree (at a university of applied sciences), preferably in the field of plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, or above-average vocational training (in the plastics or metals sector) or a comparable qualification acquired through several years of professional experience, combined with additional qualifications as a technician or master craftsman in the field of plastics engineering or metals • Professional experience in facilitating FMEA meetings • Professional experience in automotive electronics • Excellent knowledge of FMEA methods according to AIAG Design FMEA 4th Edition and the AIAG & VDA Process FMEA Manual • Advanced knowledge of quality methods, e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa • Sound presentation and facilitation skills • Knowledge of

  IATF 16949, VDA standards, APQP
