PETROL PUMP - MANAGER

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise petrol pump staff. Schedule shifts and assign duties to employees. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Ensure that all employees adhere to safety and operational guidelines.

Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues. Ensure that the station is clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

Operations Management: Oversee daily fuel and merchandise sales operations. Monitor and manage fuel inventory levels. Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries and sales. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Perform routine maintenance checks on fuel dispensers and equipment.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage daily cash handling and transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Manage expenses and control costs to meet budgetary goals.

Security and Safety: Implement security measures to prevent theft and vandalism. Ensure the safety of customers and employees. Conduct safety inspections and maintain safety equipment.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and safety stan dards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for merchandise and supplies. Place orders for fuel and merchandise as needed. Conduct regular inventory audits.

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Coordinate promotional events and discounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
