Job Title: Personality Development Trainer Job Type: Full-Time Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand Salary: ₹20,000/- to ₹35000/- Industry: Education, Training & Development Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Personality Development Trainer to join our team. As a Personality Development Trainer, you will play an essential role in enhancing the communication skills, self-confidence, and overall personal development of students in schools and colleges. You will be responsible for delivering English communication training/career counseling/life skills training/theatre-based activities to help students unlock their full potential. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive training sessions on personality development/English communication skills/career counselling/life skills/theatre techniques in schools and colleges. - Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to the specific needs of students in various educational settings. - Provide individualised guidance and feedback to students, helping them improve their communication skills, confidence, and personal development. - Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and growth. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in personality development, communication, and career guidance. Requirements: - Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken). - Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or counselor in the field of personality development, English communication, or life skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and motivate students of various age groups. - Creative, dynamic, and passionate about teaching and personal growth. - Willingness to work in schools, colleges, and other training environments. - Experience in theatre and public speaking is a plus but not mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree or certification in counseling, psychology, or training is preferred.
