Role & responsibilities

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Manage the managers calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, memos) and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline communication.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project timelines for the manager.

Travel-Related Responsibilities

  • Arrange flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and visas (if applicable).
  • Accompany the manager on business trips, ensuring smooth logistics and transitions.
  • Provide on-site assistance during meetings, conferences, and client visits.
  • Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and budget management related to travel.
  • Act as a point of contact for local staff, clients, or vendors when traveling.
