Job Description

  • Communication Management: Answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
  • Scheduling and Calendars: Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting and typing letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and distributing them to attendees.
  • Office Supplies: Monitoring office supply levels and placing orders for replenishment.
  • Visitor and Client Support: Acting as a receptionist, greeting visitors, and providing general support to clients and the public.
  • Confidentiality: Handling and storing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining contact databases and customer information.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for clear interaction with staff and clients.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
