Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Director at LegMed Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The position is located in Kolkata. The Personal Secretary will manage day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, assist the Director with personal and executive administrative duties, and facilitate communication between departments. The role also includes tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or LLB or Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field is advantageous
