Job Description

Key Responsibilities Schedule & Meeting Management: Organize and maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.  Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.  Administrative Support: Manage office files, records, and contact lists, and ensure digital data is organized and accessible.  Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and compiling reports, presentations, and other essential documents.  Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and other internal or external stakeholders.  Travel & Logistics: Make and coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements.  Research: Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects or presentations.  Office Tasks: Perform general office duties such as managing supplies, sorting mail, and conducting errands.
