Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate. Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as managing household staff or making reservations. Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Monitor expenses and prepare expense reports. Conduct research and provide recommendations as requested. Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
