Job Description
- Required minimum 3 years of experience.
- Assist the Directors in preparing the required documents for the Board Meeting.
- Co-ordinating internal and external Board Meetings.
- Organizing paperwork and computer-based information.
- Organise and attend meetings, including compiling all documents and reports ahead of time.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans and it ineraries including flight, car service and restaurant reservations.
- Ensure that the Directors are updated with the Company's everyday transactions.
- Update the Directors on his regular meetings or appointments.
- Substitute Directors if he cannot attend emergency meetings.
- Co-ordinate, manage and guide internal teams.
- Assist with team-building initiatives and overall support for maintaining an organisational culture and employee morale.
- Carefully write down all phone messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel.
- Frequently use word processing, spread-sheet, database and presentation Software.
- Serve as a spokesperson and representative at assigned events and other community forums. Write, edit and produce stories for multiple platforms including the internet and digital channels.
- Draft and manage print, online and social media communications designed to promote the company brand, image and values.
- Responsible for office administration and preparing expense reports for Finance.
