Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond as appropriate. Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Take minutes at meetings and prepare accurate summaries. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive. Assist in event planning and logistics. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
