Job Posting: Office Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities: ✔️ Greet and assist clients at the office ✔️ Handle scanning, photocopying, filing, and courier tasks ✔️ Support the branch manager and team with daily administrative duties ✔️ Manage appointments, schedules, and reminders ✔️ Perform tasks on computer – MS Office, email, document preparation ✔️ Maintain and update client records, including KYC documentation ✔️ Keep the office organized and presentable Requirements: 🔸 12th pass or graduate 🔸 Good communication skills (Tamil required; basic English preferred) 🔸 Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) 🔸 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
