Job Description: Personal Loan Sales

Location: Nehru Place, Delhi
Job Title: Business develpoment officer(BDO)Salary: 20,268 in hand + ESIC/PF + Insurance + Incentives and other Performance bonus

Job Summary:-
The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating personal loan business through direct sales, lead conversion, customer relationship management, and providing excellent service as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate personal loan leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities. Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct customer meetings, explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

2. Customer Management
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan offerings. Maintain regular follow-up with customers for conversion and application completion. Offer seamless onboarding by coordinating with credit, operations, and verification teams.

3. Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify required KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof, bank statements, etc.). Ensure accurate completion of application forms and maintain data accuracy. Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance standards.

4. Field Activities
Conduct field visits for document collection, and customer verification. Participate in promotional activities, loan camps, and local marketing events.

5. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the Branch Manager or Sales Manager. Maintain proper logs of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).Experience: 13 years in Personal Loan sales.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation.Ability to work in field and meet targets.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
