As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, at Evalueserve you will be part of a team specializing in global market research, collaborating with top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. You will support 8 of the top 10 global banks, assisting their product and sector teams in deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal [and Executive] Assistant to provide support to U.S.-based senior executives. This role involves overnight US support with some overlap in morning hours as well. The position requires a seamless blend of executive support and high-touch personal assistance. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, accountability, and proactiveness. You should demonstrate strong organizational discipline, integrity, autonomy, thoughtful judgment, and consistent follow-through. Personal Support: - Manage personal travel, family itineraries, and home-related logistics - Coordinate family appointments, school or childcare schedules, and medical visits - Liaise with domestic staff, drivers, and vendors for day-to-day operations - Research gifts, home projects, events, or service providers - Make reservations for restaurants, wellness, and entertainment - Track important dates and prepare reminders - Assist with household organization and inventory tracking - Maintain organized records related to family activities, home maintenance, and travel - Provide support with family events or hosting - Update calendars and coordinate across multiple parties - Ensure confidential handling of personal information and documentation Executive Support: - Provide after-hours monitoring and backup coverage during overnight US timeframes - Proactively manage calendars, meetings, and commitments across multiple time zones - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive - Prepare detailed travel itineraries and book travel arrangements - Undertake due diligence for assignments and summarize findings - Track key deliverables and ensure timely follow-through - Assist with drafting documents, presentations, and talking points - Maintain accurate expense records and assist with reimbursement processes Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in senior administrative support or personal/executive assistant roles - High fluency in English (verbal and written) - Prior experience in supporting US-based clients or executives - Exceptional PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities - Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information - Ability to take initiatives and work independently with minimal oversight - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Please Note: The above job description is for informational purposes only and may be subject to periodic modifications.
