Job Description

The Director of a trading business is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant (EA) who can manage both personal and professional tasks efficiently. This role requires someone highly organized, trustworthy, fluent in multiple languages, and able to handle day-to-day coordination with minimal supervision.

Note: This EA role is for an individual, not for a company setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Tasks (80%)

  • Managing personal calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Coordinating household-related tasks, maintenance, and vendor follow-ups
  • Personal travel planning, ticketing, hotel bookings, itineraries
  • Handling personal documentation, bills, payments, filing, renewals
  • Managing online orders, deliveries, returns, and personal errands
  • Coordinating with family members and house staff as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality of personal information

2. Professional Tasks (20%)

  • Managing the Director’s work calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Drafting emails, letters, and basic communication
  • Basic support related to the trading business (no technical trading knowledge required)
  • Preparing simple reports, maintaining files, and updating spreadsheets
  • Coordinating with clients, vendors, and service providers when needed
  • Assisting with day-to-day office tasks

Required Skills & Experience Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Industry background not required
  • Skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong MS Office skills:
  • Advanced Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, formatting, basic formulas)
  • Basic Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable coordinating personal and household tasks

Work Environment

  • Location: 5–10 minutes from Gundavali Metro Station (Andheri East)
  • Work closely with one person — the Director

Ideal Candidate

  • Someone organized, disciplined, and proactive
  • Comfortable handling 80% personal + 20% professional responsibilities
  • Someone who can be trusted with confidential and personal matters
  • Stable, long-term mindset
  • Fluent in Gujarati (very important)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
