Location: Dasanayakanahalli (Near by locations are Bagalur, SEZ Aerospace) City: Bengaluru Reporting To: Director / Technical Head Type: Full-Time | On-Site About Us We are an emerging turnkey construction company expanding into Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production to support our in-house and external projects. Our goal is to build a process-driven, quality-certified RMC plant serving industrial and infrastructure clients, while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day operations of batching plant, mixers, loaders, silos, and other RMC equipment. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns. Coordinate raw material inventory (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and ensure continuous plant operation. Manage manpower shifts, machine health reports, and fuel/energy consumption. Production Planning & Execution Manage production planning based on demand forecasts and project site schedules. Optimize mixer utilization and truck dispatch turnaround time. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete with correct specs. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) Conduct daily concrete quality checks (slump, temperature, compressive strength, durability). Design mix optimization (M20 to M100) for client-specific applications. Perform regular lab and site testing for raw materials and final product. Resolve client quality complaints (cracks, segregation, cube failure, etc.) with root cause analysis. Documentation, Compliance & Safety Maintain documentation for QC logs, testing reports, daily production reports (DPRs), and stock reconciliation. Ensure adherence to pollution, environmental, and electrical safety norms. Implement SOPs for production, maintenance, safety, and dispatch. Client, Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with suppliers for raw material procurement and delivery timing. Interact with client engineers and project managers for delivery planning and quality approvals. Manage transporter and pump vendor scheduling. Requirements Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field. 6–12 years of experience in QA/QC or RMC Plant Operations (preferably with Ultratech, Truemix, RDC, ACC, etc.). Proven track record of independently running RMC batching plants (minimum 30 m³/hr capacity). Hands-on experience with mix design, cube testing, site troubleshooting, and documentation. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety audits. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-focused RMC professional with strong plant management experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously worked as a QC In-Charge or RMC Plant Head , especially for Tier-1 companies or large EPC setups. He should be capable of managing both technical and operational sides of the plant — from raw material selection to final delivery. About Us We are a turnkey industrial construction company with in-house PEB manufacturing and civil teams. With active projects across sectors like manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial construction, our factory is the nerve center for structural steel production, packing, and dispatch. We are looking for a multi-skilled team member to supervise PEB fabrication readiness, coordinate dispatches, and maintain store-level inventory control. Key Responsibilities PEB Operations Supervision Coordinate with fabrication team to track status of PEB components (columns, rafters, bracings, purlins, sheeting). Prepare daily production logs, material consumption reports, and communicate with project engineers for delivery needs. Ensure material is fabricated as per drawing priority and project deadlines. Storekeeping & Inventory Management Maintain updated stock of fabricated and non-fabricated materials (plates, angles, bolts, fasteners, sheets, etc.). Conduct daily inward/outward entry and update stock register (manual or digital). Tag and stack materials properly with batch/project-wise segregation. Raise alerts for low stock or material shortages. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination Prepare detailed packing lists , coordinate with transporters, and issue gate passes for dispatch. Ensure safe loading, lashing, and arrangement to prevent damage in transit. Coordinate with site engineers and logistics to plan dispatch schedules. Track movement of trucks, share ETA with site, and document POD (proof of delivery). Documentation & Coordination Maintain all physical/digital records: stock register, packing list, gate pass register, diesel usage log. Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for dispatch priority and billing support. Submit weekly stock and dispatch MIS to management. Requirements Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Civil or Graduate in Logistics/Operations 3–6 years experience in PEB operations, site-store coordination, or dispatch management (preferred from steel fabrication industry) Good Excel/Google Sheet skills for tracker management Ability to read basic fabrication/PEB drawings (added advantage) Experience in preparing packing lists and coordinating transport loads Knowledge of safety, stacking norms, and standard storekeeping procedures Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented coordinator who understands the urgency and precision required in PEB operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both fabrication shop floors and dispatch yards, with working knowledge of how components are packed, transported, and reconciled at site. He should be familiar with material movement formats, stock audit, and basic safety protocols. Candidates who have worked in steel fabrication shops, EPC companies, or modular manufacturing setups will be a strong fit. You must be comfortable managing store registers, resolving dispatch delays, and ensuring clean communication between factory and site. If you’re reliable, disciplined, and ready to own this function, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
